Hi there, I’ve been using Scrivener on the free trial; liked it, and bought it today.
But now it’s not working. I input the serial number, etc, so it is registered.
However, when I click on the desktop icon, to start a new project, it says “New Project (not responding)” when I hit “Save”. It crashes, in other words.
For information, I have installed Quicktime and I have re-started the PC several times. I’m running Windows 10 on a good newish desktop PC.
What do you suggest?
(I sent an email to tech support but was immediately advised that it would take 3 days to answer).

Also try using the forum search (upper right hand corner) to search on “new project not responding” and browse through the discussions it turns up.
For what it’s worth, I’m using latest version of Scrivener on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Had a couple of days of strangeness when opening my project (multiple tries eventually worked), but generally and now all seems fine.
