I’m new here and looking for a tutorial on using Endnote within Scrivener, on a Mac. Could someone please point the way? Thank you!

From the Scrivener side, it’s pretty easy. Set Endnote in the General/Citations preference pane and go from there. See Section 20.5 in the manual.

Perhaps it’s like Windows. Press F1 while in Scrivener.
