So, I don’t know what gives. One project downloads and opens perfectly in my laptop, but, another, also recently used only opens without content. It’s opens on my desktop perfectly. I use Microsoft OneDrive for my cloud storage. Why is this happening and what can I do about it. I have access to both computers while at my desk, but obivously, not when I travel (that’s when I need it).
That happens when you have the project file, but not the documents’ files.
Your cloud hasn’t synced properly/completely.
Force it to.
(By the way, OneDrive isn’t the best of cloud/sync options.)

Thanks, I guess Dropbox could be the better choice, but … OneDrive is automatic and I’ve no luck in getting Dropbox to work right. Now how to force OneDrive to do what it’s told. Thanks
You’ll want to review the Microsoft Support page on working offline with OneDrive.
You’ll want to be sure that your Scrivener project’s .scriv folder is available offline on both machines. That will reduce the chance of blank documents and syncing errors.
