Yes this is defiantly more of a challenge then a place in your imagination. Getting started was not easy, third of the way in now and getting into it. Pass the quality street if your fed up with them please:)
I almost used the word “grass” for “snitch” at one point, but then I realised I had my TV shows crossed and that one came from Heartbeat and The Bill.
Back up and at it. I realized I was losing the battle when the laptop went all snarky and I found I’d nodded off for the umpteenth time. I’d neglected connect the electric from the tangle by my bedside to the puter. Had the segment from the wall to the bed right though, so it wasn’t a total loss.
Foxtrot, just don’t hit the save button. I did that all the time when I first signed up on the forum. For some reason someone thinks it great sport to have the save button where one usually finds the submit button.

The only mafia I have seen on TV comes from The Simpsons… but then so much of what my generation first saw on The Simpsons later turned out to be a reference to something much more famous.

I think I have the best time zone out of all of you.
It started at 10am, so I could work straight through the day with various breaks for food and recreation. It has just passed 1am, and my 3000 words are done and submitted.
So now I get to go and sleep in through your panicked deadlines and wake up in time for the book to be delivered to read over breakfast.

We have Australians (from Sydney and Melbourne)
Also contributors from Valencia (Spain), Santiago (Chile) and Calgary (Canada) and one in China.
To my knowledge, no-one is currently in Las Vegas.

Same time zone as Matt, so I’m done too. Pleased with that because I had an hours delay at the start of the day and set myself a midnight curfew. So all up only half an hour behind schedule if I play my rationalisations right…
