I might take issue with your item 3. Piggy was not helpful when I ran out of rum a couple NiaD ago. He would not hand deliver a bottle no matter how much I proved it was critical to a timely delivery.

Thats what we need when the world is no longer crazy, a weekend retreat of writing a novel in a weekend with lots of good food and wine and conversation:)

Plan (outline + research) in the first 4 hours and focus on writing before the deadline. Do NOT be double-booked: I for some reason always tend to juggle with multiple events on the very NiaDay! I think NiaD9 coexisted with a university mentorship programme opening day, and I had to facilitate a workshop on NiaD1*…
