Occasional Writer

So this is me. I’m a long-term Scrivener user, over a decade if I recall correctly. Since I’m not writing professionally or even very often, I have years where I barely touch Scrivener, but I’m coming back to it again and again.

I’ve got 4 or so books to my name, have one more that I’m putting the finishing touches on and just started the next project.

Only one of my books was done start-to-printing in Scrivener. For another one the publisher insisted on a Word version for editing, and the two that I made print-ready myself I eventually pulled into InDesign for the layout, image and print-proofing.

For editing, though, Scrivener is hands-down superior.
