Amber and Maria pointed out to me that favorite styles are no different than any other menu item, allowing one to assign these to Keyboard Shortcuts in the System Preferences. My goal has been to use these styles in Full Screen mode.
I finally got the Keyboard Shortcuts to work (after figuring out you need a computer restart to get these to “stick”). It’s a nice feature that these shortcuts now appear next to the styles in the menu as a reminder.
However, I discovered that these shortcuts work only in the main editor, NOT in the auxilliary editor, and NOT in either editor in Full Screen - at least that’s usually the case, at times the shortcuts will work in the auxillary editor, and not the main editor - but NEVER in full screen. Odd behavior.
Anyone have an idea how to get these Keyboard Shortcuts to work all over the place, all the time?
