Old Scrivener files

I’m cleaning up old files/programs and uninstalled the old version of Scrivener, since I’m using Scrivener 3. So 3 is the only version that appears in my apps list. But I have the following folder:
C:>Program Files (x86)>Scrivener that contains the folders backups, docformats, resources, as well as qpdfi.exe and QuickPDFDLL0816.dll.

Inside the backups folder is C>Program Files (x86)>Scrivener that seems to contain an entire backup of the program, including scrivener.exe.

So my question is whether I can just delete this entire folder from the Program Files folder (which is 210MB), or if that will cause conflicts and problems. If so, what’s the best way to eliminate it?

TIA!

Just wanted to update this in case anyone comes across it later, having the same issue.

I ended up putting in a ticket with L&L, and after we discussed it a bit, we decided it was fine to just delete the folder with the old backup Scrivener 1 files. I did, and nothing bad happened.
