I’m using Scapple 1.4.2 (8459) on macOS 13.4 and I’m unable to export an OPML file that isn’t completely flat. Regardless of how my Scapple document is structured with nested parent and child relationships, the OPML export is always a completely flat hierarchy.
Scapple has no inherent hierarchy. You may have created a visual structure that you interpret as an outline, but to Scapple it’s just an array of notes.
