Opening an 'added web page' opens Facebook link

Hi,

When I click on some added pages in Scrivener 3, like HuffPost’s, clicking on the added page opens a link in a browser to facebook.com/tr/ (it’s an empty page).

Is there a way to fix this happening, or a workaround to stop it?

See my response to your Wish List post. This is a tracking link embedded in the original web page. Scrivener has no ability to remove or block it.

Actually, 3.0.3 added code to prevent this very specific case. Have you updated to 3.0.3?

I updated to 3.0.3 and the tracking link stopped opening.
