Anyone here using Scrivener to put together libretti for opera? It’s a new thing for me. I’m guessing I would use the “stage play” template.
Any thoughts and ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Hi
I do, but adapt to each client’s needs.
I have used the stage-play format when including detailed staging directions, especially for plaria adaptations.
But for pure libretti, I have just used simple documents and then output them as plain text, ready for the composer to run the words into their notation program.
Scrivener’s output options offer real flexibility, but best to find out what the client company or composer needs in terms of layout and format before starting a project.
Toi, Toi, Toi!
