Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has, or can point me to, tips and tricks to organise different aspects of a legal case? My thinking is normally a bit fragmented with a story of events as they happened, analysing evidence, questions, reflections, things to look into, etc., and I’d love to figure out how one could more easily organise such chaos.
Can create templates that can use again and again either as a folder with preset files
Folder is case then file for links to case documents, then file for complaints, then file for previous legal history, file for to do list such as information to find, witnesses, experts.
Not a lawyer but could easily have a case file folder with all those file and use again and again. You could have interview template with all general questions you ask and print out for client interview do notes then put in file and can dictate using dragon which obviously has legal version
