Page View Width

Hello,

I have the new Scrivener 3.0 and I am a new user. I need to figure out how to use the page view to have it look like a novel page width. The manual mentions the compile settings. However, I’m not seeing or understanding how to go about setting the paper size etc…

First question - I would like to have the on screen paper size be 8.5 x 5.5.

Second question for another time - Then I would like to be able to compile a book print similar to the MS Word feature.

By default the Page View layout uses the project’s File ▸ Page Setup... settings. But you can switch this to use the compile settings in File ▸ Options... (Preferences on a Mac), under the Appearance: Page View tab.

Okay I was able to find the setting.

I’m trying to post a screen shot too…

but it’s not allow it to embed or something…
