Paperback Compile TOC - How to get chapter names?

When I compile in the Non-Fiction Manuscript I get a TOC just the way I want it with book part numbers and names, and chapter numbers and names and formatted in the correct hierarchy. But when I compile in Paperback I just get part and chapter numbers and it strips out the names and flattens the hierarchy. How can I get the Paperback TOC to look like the Non-Fiction MS one, but with the nice Paperback fonts, formatting, etc.? Thanks for any help!

Since posting the above, I’ve figured out how to get the chapter names to appear by changing the settings in Document Links in the compiler settings, However, I have not yet figured out how to get it to stop flattening the hierarchical structure in the TOC layout - again any tips appreciated!
