A question regarding capitalisation of placeholder text.
I have a compile format for chapter headings that includes
Chapter <$t:chapter>
Which renders as:
Chapter One
What I am trying to get is
Chapter one
(bold format just for clarity here)
Is there a way to force the placeholder text to render as all small caps?

Windows version but assume the same
want Chapter <$w> to get Chapter one, two etc

welcome am adding some working section layouts settings, compile format designs to a page on Scrivener. Compiling is the hardest thing to get a hang of. Like calculus in HS all a mess till it clicks.
