Please Help Windows to IOS

Hi there,

Today I purchased the full version of Scrivener on windows and I then purchased the app too on iOS as I thought it would be great for me to work on my project whilst on the go.

However unfortunately I’m having trouble trying to upload my project on iOS. I’ve uploaded it to Dropbox on windows but when I access Dropbox from the Scrivener app on iOS I try to click on my project it’s all greyed out and won’t let me select it :frowning:

I’d be so grateful if you could please let me know how I can resolve this so I can get my project uploaded on my iOS version of scrivener.

The first thing I would check is to make sure that you’ve set the synchronization folder in iOS Scrivener itself, and that both ends of the connection have finished synchronizing.
