I need very low contrast colors with dark backgrounds or I get migraines. Apparently there is no way to change that in Scrivener 3 for Mac, or not that I’ve been able to find. I had it all set up on 2.

Out of curiosity I did a search and there seems to be a couple of apps (aside from the built-in function of the OS) that allow to recalibrate the displayed colors or filter out the blue light.
If you haven’t tried that yet, perhaps you should, as it would take care of the problem everywhere, system wide.
