Having Body##.xhtml as names for files in e-books isn’t very helpful. You have to guess which “Body##” files is the one with the title “Chapter 23” you need to edit.
Most e-books are post-edited in Sigil, Calibre or Vellum, so it’s more convenient to have their files names in accordance to their titles.
The title of the sections should already be available for the developers at the moment of compilation. The files should not start with a number and spaces in the title should be removed. Two files cannot have the same title. Of course, the Contents, the Manifest and the Spine should be updated with the correct titles.
