I installed scrivener 2.9.x on windows 10 with the taskbar on autohide. Since then I’ve changed the taskbar setting to always show the taskbar, but when I open scrivener, it opens to the size it did prior to this change, with the lower part of the window appearing under the (transparent) taskbar. I have to resize the scrivener window and drag it upward in order to access the buttons to open an existing file or create a new file. See this link for what it looks like:
