Printing without in line comments (windows)

For the life of me, I cannot find where I can print without in-line comments. Everything I’ve read has had step-by-step instructions (for mac) but some of those steps don’t exist for me?

I also cannot figure out how to get the page numbers to the bottom of the page instead of the top when compiling to pdf.

Thank you for your help! My bad, though. I meant printing from current document, not compiling

Never mind, I figured it out. Converting all my comments to footnotes did the trick! Thank you again for your help!
