Hello. I purchased Scrivener and entered the serial number and a box says that my serial number is unrecognised. It said to try again later as the server may not have finished processing my order. However, now this same box is still coming up, weeks later. Will it always say it or is there a way to re-enter my serial number somewhere? Thanks!
It sounds as though you may have mistyped your serial number name or serial number when you entered it first but that the application is still accessing that incorrect entry. You can re-enter it via Help > Register… . If you continue to have problems, please contact us by email and we’ll try to help sort it out.
