Problem with opening quicktime files in external editor

Sorry if this belongs on the bug thread…

I just updated to Snow Leopard (10.6.1), and now Scrivener (1.53) won’t let me open my audio files in an external editor. When I try to do that, it says “QuickTime must be installed to run this application”. Quicktime is installed.

These are WMV files, so I’ve been using Flip4Mac to convert them, very seamlessly. Could that be the problem? The files play fine within Scrivener.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Ok, so I solved my own problem after more digging. I thought I’d post here in case others have the same issue. Just update the Flip4Mac plugin to work with Snow Leopard…
