Problem with Table of Content when compiling to a smaller page format

A publisher wants me to deliver in A5 format. I can adjust the page size just fine in the Compile section, but it doesn’t work for the table of content. Somehow the page numbers on the right side get cut off, showing only the names of the chapters on the left side. How can I set this properly?

P.S. I’ve tried to slide the right stop to the left, but then all indents are lost. When I try to make indents manually within the ToC, they are much too large, and somehow they align to the right. How do you set these properly? I can’t correct this, not even manually in the compiled Word document. The tab indents still causes it to align to the right.

I’ve fixed it a bit. You have to add a left stop manually for the ToC-page, and then you can ‘tab’ to make indents that size. Remember to select the whole page before making that left stop.
