Problems opening one file on iOS

I was working on a couple of Scrivener files on my Mac and then (after closing Scrivener on the Mac) wanted to open them on my iPad. One file opened with no problem. The other file gave this error message:

Invalid project

The project cannot be opened because it does not contain a valid binder structure file. Please ensure that the project has been fully uploaded from other devices and then try syncing with Dropbox again.

I tried saving it with a different name on my Mac but got the same message. I “saved” it but don’t know how I can be sure the project has been fully uploaded from my Mac.

Just had this same issue. The work around that seems to have done the trick is saving it in my documents folder (so that it’s in the cloud), and then I opened it on my iPad through files. Then I had Scrivener save it in Dropbox. Hopefully this resolves your issue.
