Is there a way to print the Project Notes from the Inspector?

Not at the moment, I’m afraid - this is a 1.x limitation that will be addressed in 2.0. For now you would have to copy them into, say, a TextEdit window and paste from there. 2.0 will allow you to print the project notes though.
