Projects transferable across platforms?

Hi everyone
I have just purchased Scrivener 3.1.5.1 for Win10. I am going to be travelling in the coming weeks and only taking iPad Pro iOS1.8 with me. Before I buy the iPad Scrivener App, can I share project content between the two systems? I don’t want to duplicate my work if I don’t have to.
