Purchase and Help both unavailable

I’m hungry to purchase, eager to access the documentation, hoping someone can help me with both:

1) Purchasing
It may be that it’s not fully released yet, but when I go to purchase, the eSellerate webpage is basically empty, allowing me to select the currency, but providing no other options, nor a means of moving forwards. (See below)

2) Documentation
When I select “Scrivener Manual” from the Help menu, I get a message saying “Help isn’t available for Scrivener.” (Given the streamlined and user-friendly interface for all this, I could understand a message that says “Help isn’t necessary for Scrivener”, but I’m a read-the-manual kind of guy.)

Otherwise, hats off. The developers of version 2 have done something extraordinary: they’ve made the original Scrivener seem incomplete. I can only assume that Scrivener 3 will actually write the novels for us.

Re-download; visit the store again; and everything should be working.
