“Grey Matter Dark” theme used in both examples.
Changing the theme color (File -> Options -> Manage -> [Select Theme]) is not reflected in several places in the application window, specifically the main menu bar and toolbar.
“Normal DPI” Version: 2.9.9.7 Beta (955095) 64-bit - 13 Jun 2020 behaves as expected.
