I bought Scrivener a couple months ago, but hadn’t really gotten a chance to really work with it until recently. I pulled it up to start working with it, but it was being very glitchy and I assumed I’d done something wrong. I uninstalled it because I was getting a “system error” notification which said: “The code execution cannot proceed because QtSolutions_MMLWidget-2.4.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fixed this problem.”
I reinstalled it, but now it won’t even let me get into Scrivener. When I downloaded it, I had probably 30+ files on my desktop as well as two Scrivener icons (one that said “Launch Scrivener” and one that just said “Scrivener”). I didn’t see anywhere where I could put in my license key, and now I have no idea how to get into the program at all.
I’m really not sure what to do about it right now, and I’m a little worried that I somehow messed up my original registration. Suggestions?
