I use a computer that I do not have administrator privileges on. Everything seems to work fine with the installer except for one note at the end about post-install setup. “Problem running post-install setup. Installation may not complete correctly Could not set registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\x-scrivener-item REG_SZ”. Error window is attached.
I also receive a note that Scrivener could not create shortcut on the desktop.
I’m not sure this causes any problems with the program but thought if the installer lets me install without administrative privileges it should probably work without errors.
