Hi there. Thank you in advance for any and all help.
In one manuscript project, all text (new or added) is highlighted in pale blue.
How do I remove it and turn off what’s causing it?

See if that text has :
If so, select all of this text and click that menu function.
Or all of your text (with and without the blue background) and click the function once and again.
