Reproducible Card Lineup?

When starting on a project, I like to have a good looking outline.

I worked on a nice outline for my next book, and all the cards lined up perfectly with the grid. Then, I resized them to see an overview, and now, no matter how carefully I move the card size slider, I can’t get them to line up exactly (thus making snap to grid useless).

You have to move them yourself; from the manual:
