RTF formatting and Dropbox syncing

The two most important issues for myself are:

  1. That I can finally edit documents in .rtf format and not simply as text or with markdown–this is a major shortcoming of the current approach for myself.

  2. Seamless syncing with Dropbox, so that I can open a file with the Mac version of Scrivener or the iPad version (I have little use for an iPhone version) and not have to worry about losing information or formatting.
