Just wondering if there is a viable way to run scrivener on a Book note air (runs on Android 10). It’s E-ink and would save my eyes a lot of hassle!

No, we do not have an Android version at this time.
The best alternative is to use the Sync with External Folder option from either Mac Scrivener or Windows Scrivener, share the External Folder to the Android device by any convenient method, and then use your preferred Android editor.
Test all steps in the chain before committing important data.
