Absolute classic! Yes Minister/Yes Prime Minister are probably my all-time favourite TV programmes; as you say decades later, they are still on the point.

I watched a few of them. They were like condensed courses in political science but funny and cutting close to the bone.

We have watched them all, many times … they never grow stale!

By the way, it seems that they were Maggie Thatcher’s favourite TV viewing, and clearly represented her experience of working with top civil servants.
