I’m watching and immensely enjoying all the tutorial videos, Keith, but I’ve got to the one on Document Templates and Custom Icons and it won’t download more than halfway. It stops just as you are typing “Sally” into the new Character Document created out of the custom template. Have tried it a couple of times, in a couple of browsers, so don’t think it’s me. Am dying to find out more about the icons, but you’re swamped, I know, so when you get a minute… 
Edited to add: No worries. I found the You-Tube version and it works fine.
