Scapple won't launch

I had a trial version of Scapple and enjoyed it so I decided to purchase it. I completed the purchase of Scapple for Windows and received a license key. I did the download and installation, and it appears it’s now installed on my computer (shows up in my programs, and has an Uninstall option). However, the program never launched and I never got an option to enter the license key. I can’t open the program. Any tips for what I can do, or what I may be doing wrong?
