Scene not appearing in compile

I’ve added a second scene to a chapter:
CHAPTER
SCENE A
SCENE B

When I open compile the new scene does not appear
CHAPTER
SCENE A

The new scene is checked to include in compile. I’ve saved the document, closed and reopened Scrivener… noting works.
I’m pulling my fricking hair out trying to get this document done and put it online.
HELP!!!

Never mind.

Solution:
I’d made changes to the manuscript, but had not mirrored the changes in the ‘collections’.
Would be nice if collections auto updated.
