OK, yesterday, Ipasted (bad me) an html table from my private wiki to a Scrivener page. It looked fine, even after an autosave.
However, after I closed the project last night, and reopened it, it was a MESS. What happened?
The first column width is set to 100%. Select and update each column’s width inside the Table dialog.

Turns out all six of the columns were each set to 100%. Resetting them fixed the issue. Thank you.
Oh, and for someone who doesn’t know where the table dialog is, it’s Format => Table => Table.
