Error in Installer
Installer payload initialization failed. This is likely due to an incomplete
or corrupt downloaded file.
I haven’t tried downloading again because I downloaded the full file and I know 0.29 did not work for me because the installer had an error and also it was an unverified publisher/certificate so I am assuming that this could also be an issue on your end.
The installer for this version and last didn’t work for me, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
This really does sound like a download error; someone else had it as well. Dump your browser’s cache and try downloading the installer again from the website and see if that will work for you. If the problem is that your anti-virus software doesn’t like it, it ought to give you a different message, but you can check in that programs quarantine to see if it’s caught the installer and is preventing it from working. I’d try the re-download first, though, after clearing the cache–otherwise you may just end up with the browser regurgitating the same copy of the file instead of fetching it fresh.
