Does Scrivener 3.3.2 work well with Sonoma?

Hi,
Yesterday, I upgraded my mac from 2018 version to Sonoma 14.5.
My Scrivener (v 3.1.5) file no longer opens - it crashes with a Problem Report for Scrivener generated.
I know the jump from the oS 2018 to Sonoma was a big one but is there a work around for this? Or do I have to purchase Scrivener again (there appears to be only Scrivener 3 when I go to the app store and it’s $99.99…!) I bought Scrivener in 2018 so it was a while ago.
Has anybody else had this problem and managed to solve it?
Also, if I have to purchase Scrivener 3 now, will my previous Scrivener files work?
You need Scrivener 3.3.6. It’s a free upgrade for all 3.x users.
