Scrivener 3 and Preferences in macOS

HELP! Scrivener newb here and I would love to set up my own theme but when I look at all the “how to” suggestions they all reference Preferences under the Scrivener 3 drop down. One problem: I don’t have Preferences as an option in my drop down. I’m sure that this has been asked before but could someone direct a Scrivener newb, please? Thanks!

Welcome to the Scrivener forum.

As you are mentioning iOS Scrivener, are you sure there are themes in that product? In Settings → Scrivener → Appearance there are three options.

Thank you for reaching out!

There is a theme in the Scrivener 3 drop down and it has a few options and an option to Import a Theme but it seems like in older versions there was a Preference in the drop down where you could format your own theme. Thanks again!

Oh, contrary to the topic title are you asking about macOS version.

Sorry, yes, I should have said MacOS.

I changed the title for you.

The option to save your Appearance preferences as a macOS Theme should be in the menu popping up from the Manage button bottom left in the Settings dialog.
