Hi all, I can’t seem to locate (or exactly remember how I did it on my other laptop) my license or serial number for scriv 3. I’ve found my key for scriv 1, but it won’t let me in. I’ve contacted support, but to no avail. Am I missing something?
If you’re not seeing replies from support, check your spam folder. That is L&L’s preferred way to communicate about license issues. You should at the very least have received and automated reply.
I appreciate the response, but how did you get that? I’m getting automatic responses, do they hold the keys?
