When adding an ODT file to import into scrivener its adding blank pages and many spaces in the conversion to RTF. This makes editing a pain as I have to go through manually and backspace and such. This adds many extra pages. We need some AI function to automatically, or a feature to auto remove blank pages —what I have to do manually now, going through an extra 50 or more pages… Its a major waste of time for authors trying to maximize their time in writing and publisning.
There’s an old IT term that seems to have fallen by the wayside, GIGO—garbage in, garbage out.
It would be more appropriate to ask an LLM for a solution to sort out the source, pre-Scrivener import.
