Scrivener and Phraseexpander - No insertion of Text

Hello there,

for a new Project we are using the Software “Phrase Expander” (phraseexpander.com/). The software makes “shortcuts” that automatically transform into full length text while writing.

However, it seems like with Scrivener the program does not work, as when everytime I try to insert an automated text it simply enters nothing.

Does anyone of you have / had similar problems with the compatability of these two programs?

I am glad for any tips or advice.

I have been using the phraseexpander trial for a few days and had no problems so far. Using a few letters which is an abbreviation of the phrase and then the box comes up and shift enters it okay. Recheck your settings and the way you trigger your phrase as it seems to work fine for me. Good luck.
