Ordinarily run Scriv with a half dozen open tabs, but even after closing all but one still crashes on compile. Reports going to Apple after each crash.
Compiled fine in September. No major config changes since then except macOS.
You don’t say to which format you compiled. Did you try—just for test reasons—to compile to another format? And does that change anything?
You said you didn’t change the configurations, but you surely did change the content. Did you copy some stuff from the Internet, maybe? More than often there’s some invisible stuff included that might cause the crash.
If you know what you have added since the last successful compile, exclude it from Compile, then compile again. If that works, add the excluded content one by one until you find the culprit.
What I finally discovered is that if I change the font to the desired output before compile it works fine. If I leave it in Courier and compile for a different font as specified in the output format - typically the trade paperback - it crashes. HTH.
