I am looking for a Scrivener guru in the Oxford area who can assist our not so techy writer friend using Scrivener on Windows, helping him with a document and get him up to scrivener speed.

Presumably, you or your friend have checked out the various introductory books about Scrivener on Amazon, and the various courses to be found via Google, and found them not adequate?
