Scrivener for Chronologies

Hello everyone! I’m back with another Scrivener annoyance pertaining to a project I’m doing. Numbering streams!

I want to do something like this in the binder, automagically:

780
781
782
783
784
785
786
787
788
789

Since I work with chronologies, automating dates is important. How can I make this less tedious?

You could create a template project with all these pre-made in a folder and you’d fetch a new document whenever you need one instead of creating a new one.
I can’t think of any way that would automatically insert those in your binder, other than some (somewhat ill-advised) manipulation of the project file.

If you want to create the documents ahead, have a document filled with
<$n> *
<$n> *
<$n> *
… x 200 (Activate line numbers and have as many as you know you’ll need ++)

Then compile it, and last import it with * as your split marker.

I really thought there was something like Excel’s auto fill.
