My subject heading says it all. I have Scrivener on my iPhone. Can I also have it on my iPad? If so how do I download it. I’ve checked through my gmails but can’t find the license key.

There won’t be a serial number, but rather the purchase is tied to your iTunes account. So long as both devices are using the same account, you should be able to install it from the App Store, under purchased software.
