A regular Scrivener user, now 3.2.x,
I still have trouble navigating my way
through all the features.
There existed something called
‘Scrivener Ninja,’ a third party video series.
Does L and L offer anything similar,
and what is the best way to master the features?

Did you try Help -> Interactive Tutorial... already?
In addition to the resources @November_Sierra mentioned, there’s the manual, which is the definitive guide to everything Scrivener can do.
There’s also this forum, which is going to be most helpful if you have a specific task you’re trying to accomplish.
An important thing to remember is that you probably don’t need to navigate through all the features, just the ones relevant to whatever you’re trying to do.
